Paul is a Senior Lecturer and Senior Research Fellow in Health Economics and Health Policy Analysis at the University of Bristol. He is the interim health economics team lead at ARC West since July 2025, following the retirement of Dr Hugh McLeod. Paul has an interest in including equity considerations in health economic analysis. The health economics team provide support across all ARC West research themes. Paul is also the team lead for the integrated and optimal care theme.
